Pickup & Delivery Policy
Lee's Pecan Pies offers order-ahead pickup and may offer local delivery based on availability. Final details are confirmed before fulfillment.
Pickup
Pickup date, time, and location are arranged directly with Lee. Please arrive within the agreed pickup window or contact Lee if your plans change.
Local delivery
Delivery availability depends on the destination, schedule, and order. Any delivery area, delivery fee, date, and estimated time will be communicated and disclosed before payment or before the order is finalized.
No standard shipping or international delivery
Lee's Pecan Pies does not currently offer standard parcel shipping or international delivery through this website unless Lee explicitly agrees otherwise in writing.
Customer-provided address
Customers requesting delivery are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including street address, city, state, ZIP code, and useful delivery instructions.
Receiving a delivery
Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed location and time. If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect or no one is available, Lee will contact you to arrange the next reasonable step, which may include pickup or an additional delivery charge.
Food handling
After pickup or delivery, the customer is responsible for appropriate storage and handling of the pie. Follow any storage or serving instructions provided with the order.
Availability and changes
Dates and delivery times are subject to availability. Weather, traffic, ingredient availability, or other circumstances may require a change. Lee will contact you if an adjustment is needed.
