These Terms of Sale apply to orders placed with Lee's Pecan Pies through this website or through a payment link or checkout page provided in connection with the website.
Seller identity and customer service

Product, price, and currency
The Classic Pecan Pie is listed at $27.00 per pie. All website prices and transactions are in U.S. dollars (USD). Any applicable delivery charge, tax, or other permitted charge will be disclosed before the customer submits payment.
Order process and confirmation
Submitting an order request does not by itself guarantee availability. An order is final when the required payment is approved and Lee confirms the order and pickup or delivery details. If payment is accepted but Lee cannot fulfill the order, the eligible payment will be refunded through the original payment method when possible.
Online payments
When online payment is enabled, card payments are processed through Clover Hosted Checkout. The customer is redirected to a Clover-hosted payment page to enter payment information. Lee's Pecan Pies does not collect or store the customer's full payment-card number on this website.
Pickup and local delivery
Orders are offered for pickup and, when available, local delivery. Delivery availability, destination, date/time, and any delivery fee are subject to confirmation. Lee's Pecan Pies does not offer standard shipping or international delivery unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Cancellations, refunds, and food returns
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the status of the order. Because pies are perishable food products made in small batches, fulfilled pies generally cannot be returned for resale because of a change of mind. If an order is incorrect, damaged, or otherwise has a problem, contact Lee promptly. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and fulfillment information and for being available at the agreed pickup or delivery time. After pickup or delivery, the customer is responsible for proper handling and storage of the pie.
Ingredients and allergens
Lee's pecan pies contain pecans (tree nuts) and butter. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact Lee before ordering for complete ingredient and allergen information. The website does not represent that the pies are allergen-free.
Website and transaction security
The production website is intended to be served over HTTPS. When Clover Hosted Checkout is enabled, payment-card entry occurs on Clover's hosted checkout rather than in a card-number field on Lee's Pecan Pies website.
